First Time Homebuyer Program!

The Portland Housing Bureau is offering a first time home buyers program. It is for homes purchased in the city of Portland and it is an awesome program! The borrower(s) receive a federal income tax credit for 20% of their mortgage interest. The other 80% continues to receive a federal income tax deduction.
